98pkr Terms and Conditions — What You Agree to When You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 98pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 98pkr website, mobile application and all associated betting, gaming and promotional services.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing a bet on 98pkr, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing 98pkr from a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
• The funds you deposit are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

These Terms are written in plain English to make them as easy to understand as possible for Pakistani players. Where legal terminology is unavoidable, we have explained it. If anything is unclear, please contact 98pkr support at support@98pkr.click before depositing.

98pkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Registration on 98pkr is free. Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — including those opened under different names, phone numbers or payment details — are strictly prohibited.

To register a valid 98pkr account you must provide:

• Your full legal name (matching your CNIC or valid government ID).
• A valid Pakistani mobile number you personally own and control.
• Your date of birth. Players under 18 will have accounts permanently closed and any funds returned via the original deposit method.
• Accurate residential address information.

98pkr conducts identity verification ("KYC") before processing the first withdrawal from any account. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie holding the CNIC, or a recent bank or mobile wallet statement. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

98pkr is intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial use of the platform — including operating a betting syndicate or reselling access — is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkr login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 98pkr staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances — any contact purporting to be from 98pkr and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98pkr support immediately so that your account can be frozen pending investigation. 98pkr cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach is attributable to the player's own failure to secure their login information.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in account settings. 98pkr uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all transactions and account activity on the platform.

98pkr accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on behalf of another person — are prohibited and will trigger a full account review. Any balance arising from a third-party deposit may be held pending investigation.

98pkr does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which 98pkr has no control over.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional identity verification at 98pkr's discretion.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches)
• Processing time — Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically under 30 minutes after approval
• Processing time — IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT; next business day otherwise
• Processing time — Cards: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. If KYC has not been completed, the verification process must be finalised before any withdrawal is released. 98pkr aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.

98pkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security checks on accounts showing unusual activity patterns. In such cases, the player will be notified by the contact details on their account.

All bets placed on 98pkr are governed by the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference have not been accepted and no liability attaches to 98pkr in respect of those selections.

Odds at Time of Placement: The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds displayed at the moment of placement and confirmation. 98pkr does not retroactively adjust confirmed bet odds except in cases of obvious error (see below).

Obvious Errors ("Palpable Errors"): Where odds are clearly displayed in error — due to a technical fault, data feed error or human input error resulting in prices substantially different from the true market — 98pkr reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at those odds. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly and will notify affected players.

Maximum Payout Limits:

Event Cancellation & Voidance: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original start time, or abandoned before a result is achievable under 98pkr's market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full to players' accounts.

Result Disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. Contact support@98pkr.click with your bet reference number and the basis for your dispute.

98pkr offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, odds boosts and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Qualifying bets toward wagering requirements must be placed at the minimum odds specified in the promotion (typically 1.50 or higher). Bets placed at lower odds do not count toward wagering.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated per promotion. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after credit. Cashback expires 7 days after credit. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account along with any winnings generated purely from those funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per payment method. 98pkr may verify compliance with this restriction using technical and manual checks.
• Free bets that generate winnings return the winnings only — the free bet stake itself is not returned.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to trigger other bonus promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.

Poker and Ludo games on 98pkr are real-money games governed by the rules displayed within each game interface as well as the following platform-wide rules.

Poker: 98pkr uses certified random number generation (RNG) for card dealing. All poker games are player-vs-player; 98pkr takes a rake from cash game pots and a registration fee from tournament entries, which is displayed before you join any game. Chip dumping, collusion with other players at the same table, and the use of automated bots or decision aids are all strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

Ludo: Real-money Ludo games are player-vs-player contests. The platform takes a small percentage of the pot as a service fee, which is displayed before each game. Disconnection during a Ludo game: if a player disconnects mid-game, the platform will implement a fair reconnection window. If reconnection is not achieved within the window, the disconnected player may forfeit their turn or the game at the platform's technical discretion, and the outcome will stand as final.

Tournament rules — including prize pool structures, blind levels for poker and board configurations for Ludo — are published within the respective game lobby before registration. 98pkr's decision on all in-game disputes is final subject to the formal dispute process in Section 15.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of affected funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating multi-account abuse by family members in the same household.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unlawful means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any skill-based game on 98pkr.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Making or threatening harmful, abusive or discriminatory communications to 98pkr staff or other players.

98pkr is committed to responsible gaming and provides every registered player with tools to manage their betting activity. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when applied.

Available tools on 98pkr:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period you choose (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days). During this period you cannot deposit, bet or access promotions.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 98pkr. This cannot be reversed within a minimum 6-month period. Please use this tool if gambling is causing you harm.

If you choose to self-exclude, 98pkr will not contact you with any promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. If you believe marketing communications have been received in error during an active self-exclusion, contact support@98pkr.click immediately.

98pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, and regulatory requirements.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held is frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account and its balance will be reinstated. If it concludes that a breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may request closure of your own 98pkr account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method after identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will not be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98pkr is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages beyond 98pkr's control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to secure your account credentials.
• Consequential, indirect or speculative losses of any kind.
• Losses that result from your decision to gamble — betting involves risk and 98pkr makes no guarantee of winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits 98pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

98pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 98pkr, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. 98pkr does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and KYC service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 98pkr, subject to any legal retention obligations. Submit data requests to support@98pkr.click.

98pkr may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice — typically via an in-platform notification or an email to your registered address — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required by law or to address a security issue.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using 98pkr and close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date clearly shown at the top.

For general account enquiries, payment queries or technical support, contact the 98pkr team at support@98pkr.click. Our support team operates seven days a week and aims to respond within 24 hours — typically much sooner for urgent account issues.

Formal Dispute Process: If you have a complaint that has not been resolved through normal support channels, you may escalate it as a formal dispute. To do so:

1. Submit a written complaint to support@98pkr.click with the subject line "Formal Dispute".
2. Include your full name, account username, the nature of your dispute, the relevant bet or transaction reference numbers, and the outcome you are seeking.
3. 98pkr will acknowledge your formal dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
4. If the dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may seek advice from a relevant consumer dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.

98pkr's decision on all disputes is final, subject only to the formal dispute escalation process described above. Where a decision in your favour is reached, any correction will be applied to your account within 5 business days.
